Privacy Policy

The information you submit while placing an order will never be sold to a third party.  However, our credit card processor (stripe.com) may retain your card information and our menu provider (foodbooking.com) may retain your name and email address.  Please see their policies for more information. 

Fulfillment policy

Our average delivery time is between 30-60 minutes. Average pickup times range between 15 to 30 minutes.  Online orders though our website provide estimated times, but your order may be delayed if we are experiencing very high volume.  We strive to provide our customers with delicious Asian food in a timely manner, but we never sacrifice quality for speed.

Refund Policy

To provide the best customer satisfaction, we provide the following solutions. Feel free to contact us if you have any questions regarding the Return & Refund Policy by calling us at 773-472-2800. If you ordered through a 3rd party delivery service, it's best that you contact us directly. Preparation of your order can begin immediately after your order has been confirmed. We cannot accept cancellations once your order has been made, so please contact us ASAP if you would like to cancel your order.

Food Order Errors

If you receive food that is different from your receipt, please call us at 773-472-2800 as soon as you notice that there was an error in your order.

For credit card payments, you will be refunded the sales price amount associated with the error and recharged for the new items price.

For cash payments, you will be asked to pay the difference of the balance if the new food has a greater value than the food received in error. In the same way, you will receive the difference of the balance back as credit for the new item if less than the food received in error. In some cases, we may offer you a store credit.

In all cases, the item must be returned to the restaurant in its original container.  If your order was delivered to your location, we will have a driver pick it up.

Food Order Incomplete

We sincerely apologize if there is an item missing from your order. If you find that something is missing from your pickup or delivery, please call us at 773-472-2800 ASAP and we will either refund the price of the missing item or provide you with a store credit.  

Food Dissatisfaction

If you find that an item your ordered is missing from your pickup or delivery, please call us at 773-472-2800 ASAP and we will either refund the price of the missing item or provide you with a store credit after receiving the returned item in its original container. If your order was delivered to your location, we will have a driver pick it up.  This ensures that we can better assess the issue and make the proper adjustments in order to ensure our customers' satisfaction.
